1.1 The Considerate Constructors Scheme Rewards App Site Challenge (“Challenge”) is organised by Considerate Constructors Scheme Ltd, of 26 Store Street, London, WC1E 7BT (“CCS”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
1.2 By registering a site for the Challenge, the person submitting the registration confirms that they are authorised to do so on behalf of that site and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 The Challenge is intended to encourage construction sites to promote the CCS Rewards App among their workforce.
2.1 The Challenge opens on 21/09/2026.
2.2 Sites may register for the Challenge from the opening date until 23:59 on 1 December 2026.
2.3 Qualifying Rewards App registrations attributed to a participating site from the date that site is registered for the Challenge until 23:59 on 1 December 2026 will count towards that site's total.
2.4 All times are UK time.
3.1 The Challenge is open to construction sites registered with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
3.2 A site may be registered by any person who is authorised by the site to enter it into the Challenge.
3.3 Each site may be registered for the Challenge once only.
3.4 CCS reserves the right to verify the identity of the person registering a site and the site's eligibility to participate.
3.5 There is no entry fee.
4.1 To enter, an authorised representative of the site must complete the Challenge registration form with the information requested by CCS.
4.2 Following successful registration, CCS will provide the participating site with confirmation and a unique QR code or other mechanism for sharing the CCS Rewards App registration route with its workforce.
4.3 The participating site may promote the Rewards App and its unique QR code to its workforce in any appropriate way, including through posters, digital communications or other on-site communications.
4.4 A site does not need to use any particular promotional method in order to participate.
5.1 The total number of qualifying new Rewards App registrations attributed to each participating site during the Challenge Period will determine its position on the leaderboard.
5.2 A registration will generally count towards a site's total where it is a new Rewards App registration made during the relevant Challenge Period and is successfully attributed to that participating site.
5.3 CCS may determine, acting reasonably, whether a registration is eligible to be included in a site's total.
5.4 CCS will not normally be able to verify every individual registration or determine whether a person has previously used the Rewards App. CCS may therefore rely on the registration and attribution information available to it when calculating site totals.
5.5 Registrations made after 23:59 on 1 December 2026 will not count towards the Challenge.
5.6 CCS may correct the leaderboard where it identifies an administrative, technical or other error affecting the calculation of a site's total.
6.1 There are two prize categories:
Category 1: Projects valued over £50 million
One £500 prize will be awarded to the participating site with the highest number of qualifying new Rewards App registrations where the project value recorded by CCS is over £50 million.
Category 2: Projects valued at £50 million or less
One £500 prize will be awarded to the participating site with the highest number of qualifying new Rewards App registrations where the project value recorded by CCS is £50 million or less.
6.2 The project value used to determine a site's category will be the project value recorded by CCS when the site registers for the Challenge.
6.3 CCS may use information supplied by the site when registering to determine the applicable project value category.
6.4 A site cannot win both prizes.
7.1 CCS may operate and publish a digital leaderboard during the Challenge.
7.2 The leaderboard may display the company name, site name and number of qualifying registrations attributed to each participating site.
7.3 By registering a site for the Challenge, the entrant acknowledges that this information may be displayed publicly on the Challenge leaderboard.
7.4 Leaderboard figures may be updated periodically and are subject to verification. The leaderboard should not be regarded as the final result until the Challenge has closed and CCS has completed its final calculation.
8.1 The winner in each category will be the eligible participating site with the highest number of qualifying new Rewards App registrations at the end of the Challenge Period.
8.2 Following the close of the Challenge, CCS will calculate the final totals and determine the winners.
8.3 If two or more eligible sites in the same category have the same highest number of qualifying registrations, the relevant prize will be shared equally between those winning sites.
8.4 CCS's calculation of qualifying registrations and the final leaderboard will be used to determine the winners, subject to correction of any manifest error.
9.1 There are two prizes of £500, one for each of the two project-value categories.
9.2 Each prize will be provided as a £500 Just Eat or One4all voucher or equivalent voucher.
9.3 The prize is awarded to the entrant who registered the winning site and must be used to purchase food or communal goods for the winning site and its workforce.
9.4 The prize may not be exchanged for cash or transferred for cash value.
9.5 If a £500 Just Eat voucher or One4all voucher of the advertised type is unavailable, CCS may provide a reasonable equivalent voucher or alternative prize of similar nature and value.
9.6 CCS is not responsible for any restrictions, expiry dates, terms of use or availability imposed by the voucher provider.
10.1 CCS will contact the entrant who registered each winning site using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
10.2 The winner may be required to confirm their identity, their authority to represent the winning site and/or the details required to issue the prize.
10.3 CCS will make reasonable attempts to contact each winner.
10.4 If CCS is unable to contact a winner within a reasonable period, or the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize, CCS reserves the right to determine how the prize should be awarded, including selecting the next highest-scoring eligible site in the relevant category.
11.1 CCS will administer the Challenge fairly and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
11.2 CCS reserves the right to exclude any registration which it reasonably considers not to meet these Terms and Conditions or which has resulted from a technical or administrative error.
11.3 CCS may amend the leaderboard where necessary to correct an error or omission.
11.4 CCS will not normally enter into correspondence regarding individual registration totals or leaderboard positions once the final results have been confirmed, except where there is evidence of a material error.
12.1 CCS will announce the winners of the Challenge.
12.2 CCS may publish the company name, site name and final qualifying registration total of each winning site.
12.3 CCS may also publish the winners on its website, social media channels, newsletters and other CCS communications.
12.4 Any use of photographs, video, testimonials or personal statements from an individual winner or site representative will be subject to appropriate permission or consent where required.
13.1 CCS will process personal data collected through the Challenge in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
13.2 Personal information provided when registering for the Challenge may be used by CCS for purposes including:
13.3 CCS will not use information provided for the Challenge to send marketing emails unless it has a separate lawful basis to do so.
13.4 Further information about how CCS processes personal data is available in the CCS Privacy Policy.
13.5 Individuals registering for or using the CCS Rewards App may also be provided with separate privacy information explaining how their personal data is processed in connection with the Rewards App.
14.1 CCS will take reasonable steps to administer the Challenge and maintain accurate registration and leaderboard information.
14.2 CCS will not be responsible for delays, interruptions or failures caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including internet, website, software or technical failures.
14.3 Where a technical or administrative issue materially affects the Challenge, CCS may take reasonable steps to resolve the issue and, where appropriate, adjust the leaderboard or Challenge administration to ensure that participants are treated fairly.
15.1 CCS reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Challenge where reasonably necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or where required to ensure the Challenge can be administered properly.
15.2 CCS will not make changes to these Terms and Conditions for the purpose of unfairly disadvantaging participants who have already entered.
15.3 Any material changes will be communicated through the Challenge webpage or other appropriate means.
16.1 Participation in the Challenge constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
16.2 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
16.3 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
16.4 These Terms and Conditions will remain available throughout the Challenge Period.
