HOW TO USE THE APP

The sign up process

Visit the sign up form http://considerateconstructors.com/rewards-app/register on the Considerate Construction website.

There will be two ways for people to access the registration page:

- From a QR code - This link will take people directly to a page. The Company Name/ID and Site Name/ID will be auto populated.
- Directly from the registration link above - This link will provide the user with a list of CCS Partners to register against. The user selects the Partner, on clicking submit, the user is taken to the page and the Company Name and ID pre-populated.

REGISTERING FROM SIGN UP FORM

Enter your personal and business details as required and register for a membership.

DOWNLOADING THE APP

Download the CCS Rewards app from the Google Play/App store.

LOGGING IN TO THE APP

Click ‘Get started’ and ‘Log in’ then enter your email address and password used when registering for your account.

App general use

You'll be directed straight to the categories homepage where you are able to browse categories like food & drink, travel and construction partners. Click through to the category and scroll through the available offers.

Once you've found the deal you'd like to claim you can read through the details and then simply click 'USE NOW' where you'll be given instructions on how to claim.

Further support regarding app issues, redemptions and log ins

Issues raised by users off the app that cannot be dealt with by CCS can also be processed by BUPP directly in the app backend - the same applies for manual changes to user passwords, name and email.
