External User Acceptable Use Terms

These terms apply to external users who are given access to Considerate Constructors systems, applications, portals, documents, or other resources.

By accessing or using these services, you agree to the following:

Permitted Use

You may use CCS systems only for legitimate business purposes connected with your organisation’s relationship with Considerate Constructors and only within the access that has been given to you.

Your Account and Access

You must not allow any other person to use your account or access on your behalf.

You must not attempt to access information, areas, or functionality that you have not been authorised to use.

Security

You must not try to bypass security controls, test vulnerabilities, introduce malicious software, or use CCS systems in a way that could disrupt, damage, or impair services or data.

Information and Confidentiality

Any non-public information made available to you through CCS systems must be treated as confidential and used only for the relevant business purpose.

You must not copy, disclose, or share information unless you are authorised to do so.

Content and Data

You must only upload, submit, or share information that you are authorised to provide and that is lawful, accurate, and appropriate for the service being used.

You must not upload or share content that is unlawful, harmful, offensive, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Please note that we may use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to analyse data submitted through or processed within CCS systems.

Privacy and Personal Data

Where you access or provide personal data through CCS systems, you must handle it responsibly and in accordance with applicable data protection law.

Monitoring and Administration

CCS may monitor, log, review, suspend, restrict, or remove access where reasonably necessary for security, operational, legal, or compliance purposes.

Ending Access

CCS may change, suspend, or withdraw access at any time. Access may also end automatically where it is withdrawn by your organisation or is no longer required.
