Our 2026–2030 Strategy sets a clear and ambitious direction for how we will support clients, contractors and supply chains to deliver construction that is safer, more predictable, more inclusive and more trusted. The sector is evolving rapidly, with new technologies, clearer ESG expectations, modern regulatory approaches and changing workforce dynamics, and this strategy positions us to help the industry make the most of these opportunities. It provides a practical, future‑ready framework focused on strengthening outcomes for everyone involved in construction.
At its core, the strategy is shaped around Workforce Success, recognising that people remain the strongest driver of responsible, high‑quality delivery. We will help organisations attract, retain and support skilled, engaged and representative teams through better learning, consistent behavioural expectations and clearer, more accessible guidance. These improvements will continue to raise standards across sites and portfolios.
A second priority is Data & Insights. Clients increasingly want reliable, comparable evidence to demonstrate performance and support strong governance. Over the next four years, we will expand our insight capabilities to provide richer analytics, clearer benchmarking and more transparent reporting, giving you stronger visibility of performance and greater confidence in what is happening across your projects.
We will also continue to strengthen behavioural consistency on site by embedding practical, responsible standards across community engagement, environmental stewardship and workforce welfare. These improvements help reduce complaints, minimise delays, build trust and support better delivery outcomes.
Partnerships remain central to how we work. We will deepen collaboration with clients, contractors, SMEs, educators, community groups and industry bodies to share learning, align expectations and scale solutions that work. By working together, we can create stronger, more inclusive pathways into the sector and support consistent uplift across the supply chain.
Technology is another enabler of progress. We will continue to enhance digital tools that simplify processes, improve transparency and provide quicker access to guidance, dashboards, training and resources.
Underpinning everything is a commitment to driving responsible construction and ensuring that the benefits of good practice are felt on individual projects and across the whole sector.
Our strategy has one clear purpose: to work alongside you to deliver better, safer, more trusted construction.
