The Scheme has published a new e-learning course on the subject of equality, diversity and inclusion to enhance the industry’s understanding of this issue.

The aim of this e-learning course is to raise awareness and to increase your knowledge of the importance of an equal, diverse and inclusive workforce and the benefits to employers, individuals and the wider community.

This e-learning course provides information on why the construction industry needs to address equality, diversity and inclusion, the laws and legislation surrounding the topic as well as the statistics regarding the scale of the issues surrounding equality, diversity and inclusion within the UK.

There is a short quiz to complete at the end of the course to test participants’ knowledge and understanding. All participants who successfully pass the course will be issued with a certificate.
