We’re reviewing how the Considerate Constructors Scheme recognises Innovations and Best Practices within our monitoring and scoring framework. Your feedback will help us ensure the process is fair, motivating, and inclusive for all types of projects and organisations.

The Considerate Constructors Scheme currently awards additional points for approved Innovations and Best Practices, which are added to your site score after the Monitor’s visit. This means they contribute to your overall performance rating. Here is more information on how the process works today.
