When and where is the Gala taking place?
The Gala will be held on Friday, 21 November 2025, at the Natural History Museum, London. Doors open at 7:00 PM, and the event concludes around 1:00 AM.
What is the agenda for the evening?
- 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Drinks Reception
- 8:00 PM – 11:30 PM: Dinner & Awards
- 11:30 PM – 1:00 AM: After Party
What is the dress code?
This is a black-tie event. Guests are expected to dress formally.

What does my ticket include?
All ticket types include:
- Entry to the Gala and awards ceremony
- Three-course dinner with wine/beer

Can I buy a ticket?
You can buy tickets here.
Be aware tickets are now running low and when sold out you will be moved to a waiting list.
How do I receive my ticket?
Tickets will be sent on the 12th of November via email as a QR code. Please check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received it.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. Details can be amended by logging into the portal. The deadline to do this is 12th November 2025.

Food & Drink
Are dietary requirements catered for?
Yes. You can specify dietary needs (e.g. vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, allergies) during the booking process.
Awards & Seating
How do I know if I’ve been nominated?
All shortlisted nominees would have been contacted via email. Please consult with who submitted the entry or check our shortlist here.
How can I see who has been shortlisted?

Is there a seating plan?
Yes. Seating is pre-assigned. We will endeavour to seat individuals from the same company together. Multiple table bookings will also be seated next to each other where possible.
How many people can each table seat?
Each table seats 10 people.

Media
Will there be photography or filming?
Yes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed. These may be used in CCS promotional materials.
If you do not wish to appear in such content, please notify the Events Team in writing at least 48 hours before the event by emailing: events@considerateconstructors.com
Photos will be available post-event on our website.

How do I get to the venue?
The Natural History Museum is located in South Kensington, London. It is easily accessible by public transport:
Tube: The nearest station is South Kensington (served by the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines), just a 5-minute walk from the museum.
Bus: Several bus routes stop nearby, including routes 14, 49, 70, 74, 345, 360, and C1.
Car: There is no public parking at the museum. We recommend using public transport or arranging a drop-off nearby.

Step-free access is available via the Exhibition Road entrance.
