Learn about our different registration options and how you can register with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.

Which Considerate Constructors Scheme registration is right for you?

Our registration options cover all types of construction activity being undertaken. This means that we can provide the right level of support, whether you are undertaking a large or small construction project, or supplying a site.

We offer two main registration types, Organisation Registration and Site Registration.

Organisation Registration

Who is this for:

Main contractors

With a turnover under £5m that want to register multiple sites
With a turnover above £5m that want to register construction sites under 12 weeks in duration

Sub-contractors and Suppliers

When you are not the main contractor on a construction site

Site Registration:

Who is this for:

Main contractors

With a turnover above £5m that want to register one or more construction sites over 12 weeks in duration
With a turnover under £5m that want to register a single site over 12 weeks in duration

Organisation Registration (including Supplier Registration):

If you are managing a construction site that is 12 weeks or less in duration, if you are a sub-contractor, or if you are a supplier, then you can sign up as a Registered Organisation. This will cover all of your site work that is less than 12 weeks in duration.

Please note that if you are a main contractor whose turnover is less than £3.5m, sites with a duration of over 12 weeks are also included in the Organisation Registration.

Site Registration:

If you are managing a construction site that is 12 weeks or more in duration, you can sign up as a Registered Site.

Sites over 24 months in duration may optionally add an Ultra Site registration. Ultra Site registration is required for Sites over 24 months in duration with an annualised project value over £100m.

Our Site Registration provides independent monitoring and support to main contractors or joint ventures of construction sites.

You will have access to the Insights Dashboard where you are able to manage your considerate practice journey and track your performance.

Ultra Site Registration:

If you are managing a construction site and you would like to raise your standards by committing to a percentage of your supply chain being registered with the Scheme, you can contact us to register as an Ultra Site.

Our Ultra Site Registration is designed for main contractors who aim to be industry leaders in considerate practice.

By collaborating with your supply chain, Ultra Sites show commitment to continuous improvement, not just for your own site, but the wider construction industry.
