Registration fees vary based on a number of criteria, you can learn more about these Scheme fees and criteria in detail below.
Considerate Contractor Scheme Fees
1.1. About Fees
Our registration fees are tailored to the size and type of your activity, whether you are registering as a main contractor, sub-contractor, supplier, or site.
You can also tailor your registration if you would like to purchase additional materials, add additional monitoring, or sign up for CLOCS monitoring.
1.2. What is my registration type?
- Site registration – main contractors or joint ventures of construction sites of 12 weeks or longer
- Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors – main contractors of sites less than 12 weeks in duration or sub-contractors undertaking construction activities and suppliers of fixed rental equipment (operated or maintained on site by the supplier, for example scaffolding and cranes)
- Organisation registration for suppliers – suppliers of materials or temporary-hire equipment (operated and/or maintained by site workforce, for example generators and cabins).
1.3. Schedule of Fees
To finalise your registration, you can choose to make payment either for the full contract period or on a 12-month basis.
Our preferred payment method is by debit card, credit card or BACS.
All of the prices below are subject to VAT.
2. Site Registrations
We require sites to be registered for the full contract period. The registration fee is determined by the site’s value in accordance with the table below.
Please note that if your project will be registered for more than one year, the registration fee will be based on the annualised contract value (the total contract value, split equally over the duration of the project), rather than the total project value.

4. Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors**
Organisation registration for main contractors and sub-contractors lasts for one year from the date of registration. After your first year you will be eligible for a 10% re-registration discount (provided you have met the visit criteria in the preceding 12 months).

6. Client Assurance
Additional monitoring is also available for sensitive sites or for clients who want to drive higher standards across their portfolio. Our client site assurance programmes are individually tailored to clients at a £545 day rate for 2026.
7. Additional Monitoring
If you would like any additional monitoring, this is currently charged at a £545 day rate for 2026 (with a minimum half-day charge).
8. Refund Amounts
Should you wish to cancel your registration, this must be done in writing by emailing registrations@considerateconstructors.com. We will then calculate your refund amount according to the table below.

9. Cancellations of Monitoring visits

8. Delivery Charges
There is no charge for the delivery of products that are included as part of your registration. Additional products, redelivery of products (due to a missed delivery or incorrect deliver details) will be charged at cost.
9. Refund Amounts
Should you wish to cancel your registration, this must be done in writing by emailing registrations@considerateconstructors.com. We will then calculate your refund amount according to the table below.
