Habibul Islam

Habibul is a senior project management professional with 16+ years’ experience delivering complex projects across life sciences, education, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

A Chartered RICS member, he specialises in construction delivery, estates strategy, and leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve high-quality, compliant, and sustainable outcomes.

He is also Chair of Muslim in Construction and an Ambassador for LionHeart, championing inclusion, wellbeing, and positive change across the built environment.

Marsha Ramroop

Global award‑winning organisational inclusion strategist & author of Building Inclusion

Marsha will build on Habibul’s experience, translating it into practical inclusive‑leadership behaviours. She will cover what inclusive leadership looks like in practice, common leadership pitfalls, immediate actions leaders can take, how inclusion improves performance, and introduce her Cultural Intelligence Framework (four capabilities).

There will also be an opportunity for networking and to meet the CCS team in our new offices.

Soulymane (Sully) Abdulmolla

Sully is a Quantity Surveyor at Balfour Beatty within the @OneAlliance, with five years’ industry experience.

Alongside his professional role, he is deeply committed to community engagement, delivering personal development workshops, leading local events, and supporting grassroots initiatives.

At MIC, Sully plays a dynamic role supporting stakeholders and driving strategic partnership growth. Known for his long‑term vision, he consistently thinks beyond the present, focusing on building impact for the next 5, 10, and even 50 years.
