Sanper Construction Ltd, for the initiative: “Promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion”

Inspiring positive change, the team at Sanper Construction are continually challenging the status quo, championing Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) for all of its employees and beyond. As part of this commitment the company launched a series of initiatives to foster a culture of acceptance, respect, and equal opportunities. Initiatives included: integrating EDI as a key performance indicator during regular employee reviews; promoting an open door policy encouraging employees to open up about their mental health; updating the onboarding process by emphasising the importance of EDI; introducing an online learning platform; and implementing a safe and confidential reporting system for instances of discrimination. Taking positive steps to raise awareness and break stigmas, the team at Sanper Construction are striving to make a difference to create a welcoming, inclusive workplace for all.
