Innovations & Best Practices

In addition to achieving excellent standards across the site, the project team demonstrated an exemplary commitment to best and good practices. They utilised a Vacuum Excavation tool for safe and efficient excavation near sensitive utilities, minimising dust and improving safety. The team also implemented a good practice Site Eye Camera & Time-Lapse Films for 24/7 security monitoring, ensuring compliance and enhancing transparency for all workers.

Respecting the Community

The project team excelled in their proactive communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring they remained updated on progress. They utilised various methods, including letter drops, resident meetings, and helplines for open communication. Community engagement was also a priority, demonstrated by the team’s charitable work like bike rides and their involvement in redecorating the local Yvonne Carr Community Centre. To minimise disruption, they rigorously monitored and reduced vibration, noise, dust, and pollution, including the use of acoustic barriers.
