MYCO Contracts have launched a new wellbeing health check to empower its employees to take an active role in their health and wellbeing. Identifying a gap in the health service with people struggling to access support following the pandemic, the company engaged with Pro-Active Wellbeing, a leading healthcare provider, to launch an occupational health check for its employees and workers across its supply chain. Over 50 individuals have taken part in the programme, with another 50-100 people enrolled over the next 12 months. The checks detect for early signs of potential issues or risks, allowing individuals to take the necessary preventive measures and avoid more serious conditions. The initiative has been an overwhelming success and has led to an increase in employee satisfaction, morale and engagement.
