Lucy-Ann Wallace, Hill Holdings Ltd, for the initiative: “Lucy-Ann – Citroen Site”

Championing mental health, equality, diversity, and inclusion, Lucy-Anne Wallace, a third-year trainee Site Manager for Hill Holdings has been instrumental in driving positive change. From her first day, Lucy demonstrated her passion for creating a supportive and inclusive work environment, leading numerous initiatives including: implementing site start-up packs promoting diversity; coordinating social media for ‘National Inclusion Week’; attending x12 career fairs to inspire young individuals about construction careers; and running the London Marathon to raise £1,000 for ‘Mates in Mind’. As a Women in Construction Ambassador she has directly supported 17 candidates in securing full-time roles, and has positively impacted 500 more on their career path. Lucy is a champion of the workforce and her tireless efforts have had a lasting impact on everyone she meets.
