LEB Construction Ltd, for the initiative: “Community Benefits”

Proud to give back and make a meaningful difference to individuals, families and groups within the local community, LEB Construction are committed to making a positive difference. Following the award of 2 large projects in Ceredigion, the team engaged extensively with local residents to identify specific community needs, setting objectives based on feedback and allocating resources accordingly. The initiative included: monetary donations to the Cardigan and Aberystwyth food banks; delivering toys and selection boxes to the children’s ward at Bronglais Hospital; and providing meals at a local café that helps the homeless. By prioritising community benefit and engagement, LEB Construction aims to set an example for others in the industry.
