CMDP, Horsham WTW, for the initiative: “CMDP – Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion”

Demonstrating its long term commitment to strengthen equality, diversity and inclusivity (EDI) in the workplace, CMDP, a joint venture between MWH Treatment and Costain, and a delivery partner for Southern Water, held a focussed training session to raise awareness, share best practice and identify opportunities for development. Over 200 people from all 15 CMDP sites, 2 client sites and teams from across the company’s supply chain, stopped their day-to-day operations to attend the 3 hour seminar. To demonstrate personal commitment and accountability all participants were required to set objectives as part of their individual annual performance review. By ceasing work and bringing everyone together to shine a spotlight on EDI, CMDP has reinforced its pledge to promote a culture of belonging, respect and empowerment.
