Arthur Bosence, Design Manager has been nominated by his client BW Interiors for his exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure the Dechert project achieved BREEAM excellence. Arthur took the time to engage as early as possible, not afraid to question specifications and meticulously check materials and orders to ensure the scheme exceeded its sustainability requirements. Making sure all the timber supplied is 100% FSC is a huge risk to any project and often cannot be checked until the project has completed. Arthur’s knowledge of sustainability and his proactive and collaborative approach are a true asset, de-risking the project and giving his client and the end user full confidence that the sustainable credentials of the project would be met.
